Still wildly underrated outside of Paris and the region itself, the Loire Valley produces some of the most varied wines found in any region of France. Stretching from the Atlantic all the way across the country to the edge of Burgundy, the Loire gave birth to some of the best examples of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, and Cabernet Franc found anywhere in the world.
