Crisp and clean, rich and oaked, sweet or dry—there is a white wine for everyone, and while they may (in some circles at least) be occasionally viewed as second-class to red wines, white wines are in fact more versatile than reds. They can go with just about any mood, location, season or food—there's even whites that pair with steak. Truth be told, white wines might be the most misunderstood style in the wine world. Maybe it's time we became reacquainted.
