PRIVATE EVENTS: For almost as long as humans have had reason for celebrations, wine has been a central part of any bash, and choosing the right bottle or bottles of wine for a memorable day or evening can be an intimidating task. We have the connections and knowledge to make sure your event exceeds your hopes.

FOOD & WINE MENU PAIRING: Let us help you in finding the ultimate wine pairing for your dinner or upcoming soirée. There is both an art and a science to great pairings, and we've done the studying so you don't have to (though we are happy to teach).
EXPLORATION SETS: The wine world is massive, and we get it, sometimes all those names and places on labels can be pretty confusing. Want to know the difference between Sancerre and Savennières, Cornas and Côte Rôtie? Our Exploration Boxes take you through the world's wine regions, Appellation by Appellation, so you'll never find a wine list confusing again.
CELLAR MANAGEMENT: If you have a collection, or an interest in collecting for the purpose of aging—whether you store in an ACTUAL cellar, a wine fridge, or some other method—we can help find and schedule out the right bottles for you, so you enjoy them not a moment too soon (or too late).
SOURCING FOR WINE COLLECTORS: Our permitting within the State of Texas grants us multiple avenues beyond what is standard for bottle shops and affords us greater opportunity to find the exact producer our clients are looking for.
WINE LIST CONSULTING: Not every restaurant or business is able to employ staff with the knowledge or experience needed to build a wine list that is both fresh and familiar. Let us fill the gap by helping build out a program which meets your needs as well as the desires of your patrons, and then give your staff the training to be able to convert more sales through comfortable professionalism in service and storytelling.
