Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Extra Brut
Located in the foothills of Lombardy's Alps, the appellation of Franciacorta is Italy's answer to France's Champagne, and Ca' del Bosco is a leading produce. Like Champage, Franciacorta is produced in the "methode champenois" aka the traditional method (unlike Prosecco). For their Cuvée Prestige, the grapes are hand harvested, and then fermented for seven months into a base wine, which is then bottled and refermented for an minimum 2 years on the lees. Every moment of the harvest and production is controlled down to tiniest minutia.
If wine were interior design, this would be the Scandinavian—fresh, precise, crystal-clear.
Ca' del Bosco's Edizione 46 is a blend of 75% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir, and 3% Pinot Blanc, with a nose of green apple, passionfruit, dried citrus blossom, smoke and lemon curd, all with a tinge of sea spray.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day. For most of Midland County orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
