Côte de Brouilly 'Cuvée Zaccharie'
The benchmark domaine of the Côte de Brouilly, Château Thivan, located in the heart of Beaujolais, has a history that goes back to the 12th century. But it wasn't until farmer Zaccharie Geoffray purchased the property in 1877 that the reputation of the domaine skyrocketed.
Fermented in the traditional whole-cluster method, which preserves the fruity character of Gamay, Thivan's Cuvée Zaccharie' is one of the most structured expressions Gamay in all of Beaujolais. The grapes come from the domaine's best vines, which are between 40 and 90 years old.
It is jaw-droppingly complex, with violets, smoke, exotic spices, cherries, and forest berries, tight tannins and a long sublime finish.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day.
