Châteauneuf-du-Pape 'Les Cailloux' Blanc
One of Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s most revered estates is that of centuries-old Domaine Les Cailloux, which has been in the region since the 18th century. When André Brunel took over as the seventh-generation owner, he quickly solidified the domaine's place in the upper echelon of CDP producers.
Additionally André and his son Fabrice have been a leader in the region for eco-friendly farming practices, without the use of harmful chemicals.
Their Les Cailloux Blanc, a wine defined by its elegance and length, is a blend of grapes from three plots, with Roussanne from Les Serres (70%), Grenache Blanc from Le Revès (20%), and Clairette from Bois de la Ville (10%).
The Roussanne is harvested in late August to avoid becoming overripe while Grenache Blanc and Clairette are picked at beginning of September. The grapes are destemmed and fermented together. The wine is then aged for six months in concrete vats to preserve its freshness and purity of fruit. It rests in bottles for at least three months before release.
A medium to full bodied white, with a nose of spiced peach blossoms, honey, and mandarin, with fresh minerality and a viscous texture.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day.
