'Tommy Ferriol' Rouge
Domaine Matassa, one of the most in-demand wineries in the natural wine scene, is the Rousillon wine estate of Tom Lubbe, who is at the absolute forefront of the zero/zero moment, which insists on the exclusion of adding sulphites at any stage in the winemaking process.
His 'Tommy Ferriol' Rouge label (formerly called 'Brutal' Rouge) is a whole-cluster, red-and-white co-fermented, natural wine produced from Syrah and Muscat Blanc à Petit Grains which was fermented with a four day maceration before maturing in fiberglass tanks (Wow that was a mouthful!).
The wine shows bright red raspberries and blueberries, spice, and garrigue, with the taut and bright energy expected from a natural wine crafted by this producer.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day.
