Palette Rosé
Château Simone, a historic estate situated in the hills just south of Aix-en-Provence, has been in the hands of four generations of the Rougier family sine 1830. It is also the rare case in which a Provençal appellation (in this case: Palette) is a monopole—being solely owned by Château Simone.
Everything here is done by hand with the utmost care, and the result is one of the benchmark wines for the region.
Considered by some to be the greatest Rosé in the world, their Palette Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cinsault, with some smaller additions of Syrah, Manosquin, Castet, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Muscat Noir. This is a serious age-worthy Rosé that is full-throttle with blood orange, raspberry, grapefruit, spring flowers, rose petals and spice.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day. For most of Midland County orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
