Sonoma Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Harvested from 4 vineyard site in Sonoma County: Bedrock, Judge, Uboldi and Leveroni Vineyards, all of which are practicing organic, the wine was wild fermented and matured for 6 months in stainless steel and new oak.
Started in 2007 out of a friends chicken coop by Morgan Twain-Peterson, Bedrock Wine Co has grown to become a flag-bearer for preserving and rehabilitating California's older and historic vineyard sites. A passion for the old leads Bedrock to embrace the vines historically planted long before the Judgement of Paris and the Napa Cab craze of the last 4 decades. They experiment with Mourvèdre, Zinfandel, Carignan, Alicante Bouschet, Semillon and Gewurztraminer—many of which were planted over 100 years ago and have survived two world wars and prohibition. Throughout their entire process however, is a dedication to making wines that are expressive of the California sun and climate without loosing their tension and vibrancy.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day. For most of Midland County orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
If you are located in West Texas outside the Midland/Odessa area, and are seeking hand-delivery of wine, please reach out for pricing prior to purchase.
