Arbois 'Grand Curoulet' Savagnin Ouillé
Grand Curoulet comes from a vineyard of the same name, believed to be where the first vines of Arbois were planted. Fermentation occurs with one third of the harvest being allowed to have a day of skin-contact to enhance texture in the wine, which then is aged in massive, old 5,000L barrels.
Domaine du Pélican, one of the Jura's Arbois appellation's stars, was established by outsider Guillaume d'Angerville (a Burgundian icon) in 2005. While initially met with skepticism, through care, biodynamic practices, and incredible winemaking knowhow, Guillaume and his team converted the doubters and established Pélican as one of the most sought-after producers in a region of cult favorites.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day. For most of Midland County orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
