A Chardonnay hand-harvested from 5-20 year-old vines found in four separate villages-level plots in Chassagne, this wine was pressed in a hand-cranked, upright wooden press before being wild fermented in French oak barrels and being matured for one year in barrel (20% new)
Located in the legendary Chardonnay producing commune of Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Bouard-Bonnefoy, helmed by Fabrice Bouard and his daughter Clara, who learned the are of winemaking at Pierre-Yves Colin Morey, produces hand-harvested Chardonnays of exceptional character and finesse.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day. For most of Midland County orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
