Champagne Bérêche et Fils
Brut Réserve
One of the archetypes of Grower Champagne, and considered a benchmark for the movement, Bérêche et Fils was founded as a family-run domaine in 1847, but survived in relative obscurity until more modern times. They are traditional producers, utilizing biodynamics and minimal intervention techniques to produce their cuvées. A masterclass is expression of purity and structure, the Brut Réserve blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, with a significant portion of the blend coming from a perpetual reserve that was started in 1985.
Fermentation takes place in oak barrels with indigenous yeast, disgorged after 2-3 years on the the lees, the wine is finished with a low dosage.
With a nose of baked apple, brioche, lemon curd, and almonds. An nuanced brilliant Champagne.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day. For most of Midland County orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
