Porto 'White Extra Dry'
With a history stretching back to 1815, Quinta de la Rosa began as a vineyard under the tutelage of German Dietrich Feueheerd. In 1906, the Estate was purchased as a christening present for Claire Bergqvist by her English grandmother. Claire continued to farm the estate, selling grapes to Sandeman for decades, until 1988 when Tim Bergqvist along with his daughter Sophia began producing their own port wines, along with pushing forward Duoro table wines. Quickly making a name for themselves as an independent Quinta in the region.
Produced from Viosinho, Gouveia, Rabigato, and Malvasia Fina farmed in the Vale do Inferno, their White 'Extra Dry' Port was produced from first pressings aged in 550L for 2-3 years. Showing golden apples, honeysuckle, lemon zest, and crushed herbs, this wine makes for an excellent aperitif—standalone or with tonic/soda.

We generally make deliveries in the Midland/Odessa area Monday through Friday (unless closed for special occasion).
We do our best to have all orders placed BEFORE NOON on delivery days delivered SAME DAY. All orders placed after noon will be delivered the following delivery day. For most of Midland County orders over $150 in certain areas will receive FREE DELIVERY. Delivery distances defined by zip codes. See delivery zones below.
